Reclaiming Private Care Costs - Urgent Deadline

Many older people in England and their families have paid for NHS or private care and could reclaim £10,000s (even for relatives now passed away). There's an urgent deadline - must start by 30 SEPT 2012 (depending on time periods).

Reclaim care costs for free, and get back £10,000s in wrongly paid fees - Requests can only be made for previously unassessed times where someone believes there is evidence they should have been considered for eligibility for NHS continuing healthcare.

The cut-off dates are:
